Instant Mentoring will match 20 students with 20 professional in a fast-paced, exciting networking event. During two minute conversations, professionals are encouraged to identify ways in which they can help recent graduates connect with career opportunities and may be asked by the graduates for an informational meeting at a later date. Total time commitment for this event is less than 2 hours, plus the time to follow-up with graduates who pursue a connection. This event is a great way to share knowledge and industry connections with the newest additions to the workforce who are facing extremely competitive job markets during these tough economic times.
