Scala Receives rAVe Industry Awards at InfoComm

Scala, the leading provider of end-to-end solutions for the digital signage market, today announced Scala has been awarded "Best Presenter" and "Best New Digital Signage Product" in the annual rAVe Best of InfoComm Awards 2008. The rAVe awards, sponsored by rAVe Publications identify the best and the worst of the industry at the annual InfoComm show.

This year Jeff Porter, Executive Vice President for Scala, was named Best Presenter for his last minute presentation at the InfoComm Manufacturer's Forum. According to Gary Kayye, founder of rAVe Publications, "Jeff did a phenomenal job fielding questions from both myself as well as from the audience. Jeff's vision for the role of networking in the AV industry was right on target and didn't include a lot of Scala marketing blah. He gets it!"

Scala was also awarded Best New Digital Signage Product. According to rAVe, "on the software side of the industry, Scala is THE industry leader in Digital Signage and their InfoChannel 5 Release 3 is incredibly powerful. Scala continues to maintain their leadership position in the industry."
