Red Lasso - Almost like a DVR

If you record programs on your VCR or DVR a lot, do yourself a favor and sign up to get onto the beta testing for RedLasso. It is a bold new experiment in online video. The service has many content providers, from BBC America to MSNBC, who provide full hours of their on-air coverage to web users for a short while after broadcast. The idea is, I think, that you can go in and make a clip from the program you liked and share it with everyone. Or, I guess, you can just watch the full hour on the site! (You still get all the commercials, so it's not as convenient as traditional online viewing)
