Mission Research

About Mission Research
Mission Research is an innovative software company dedicated to building intuitive, powerful, high-quality and highly functional software. The company was started by the founding team of Chili!Soft, which was acquired by Cobalt Networks (Sun Microsystems [NASDAQ:JAVA]) in 2000. Our technology platform is unique--something we call The Hybrid Web, which boasts the power and safety of desktop applications, integrated smartly and safely with web-based functionality.

The quality of our partners matches the quality of our software. Avery Dennison, Intuit, Mal Warwick, hundreds of nonprofit consultants and many others share our commitment to excellence and service to customers. Mission Research began serving nonprofits in 2001, working with a range of nonprofits on technology issues. Mission Research is headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, a great place to live and only an hour by train from Philadelphia.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Our commitment to social responsibility goes far beyond the typical marketing hype you see from major corporations. From our personnel polices like 100% healthcare coverage and employee ownership, to our supply chain, to the donation to the Underdog Foundation of 20% of our founders' shares, Mission Research is a different kind of company. Over a million dollars invested in the company comes from socially responsible investors like Mal Warwick, Josh Mailman, David Berge, and Ben Cohen of Ben and Jerry's.
