As Online Business Networks Grow by the Millions, Anthillz.com Asks Networkers to Think Small

Philadelphia-based startup Anthillz.com announced today the launch of its business networking website, designed exclusively for the close and trusted relationships that have the most impact on a professional’s career success.

“We created Anthillz because, as power networkers ambitious about our careers, we found ourselves connecting with the wrong people on networks like LinkedIn,” says CEO Blake Jennelle, referring to the Mountain View, CA-based professional network with over 25 million users.

MyYearbook.com Raises 13 Million in Financing

Teen social networking site MyYearbook.com has just secured 13 million in a second round of financing. The lead investor is Norwest Venture Partners.

The company plans to use the investment to help develop new member services and drive revenue.

Existing investors US Venture Partners and First Round Capital also participated in the round, which will be used to develop new member services and continue to drive revenue.
