Socardo is a three person startup that have developed the DropCard application.

DropCard is a free service that allows anyone with a cell phone to easily exchange business cards.

Create an account on the DropCard web site and enter what contact information you would like to share. Then when you are at an event and meet someone instead of exchanging business cards you simply send them a "drop." Drops are simple text messages in the form of "drop ". When this message is sent, your stored contact information is e-mailed with a vCard to the person you just met.
