Avencia Incorporated, an award-winning Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software design and development firm, today announced that it has extended ESRI’s ArcGIS Flex API to introduce support for OpenStreetMap (OSM) in its DecisionTree® geographic planning and prioritization software.
